Happy Monday everyone! And also happy #ARCstravaganza day! This week I will be featuring the ARC for a book that I have been looking forward to ever since I heard the announcement that it would be coming out. The first book was initially meant to be a standalone, which was great too. But I really really liked it, and while understanding the author’s desire to keep it a standalone, I also missed the setting and characters a lot. So, when I heard that she would be continuing the story by writing 2 more books, I was overjoyed! Bah! Has this ever happened to anyone else (not necessarily with this book, but another standalone turned series), or do you prefer it when standalones remain standalones?

#ARCstravaganza (#15): The Breaking Light by Heather Hansen

Happy Monday everyone! And also happy #ARCstravaganza day! This week I won’t be featuring the ARC of a future release, but rather a past one. Due to this being a book that I was sent without being given a heads up (haha, happens quite a bit), my reading schedule has been too full to read it around the pub date…or for the months that followed. But, I will be reading this book in November!
